1. Prepare for the job

1.1 Wheel alignment specification and adjustment procedures are identified and used to determine alignment process

1.2 Wheel alignment pre-checks are completed according to vehicle manufacturer specifications and workplace procedures

1.3 Wheel alignment measuring tools and equipment are selected and connected to vehicle according to workplace procedures

2. Align wheels

2.1 Work health and safety (WHS) requirements and workplace procedures are identified and followed

2.2 Information on wheel alignment equipment is accessed and interpreted from manufacturer specifications

2.3 Wheels are aligned using alignment procedures that comply with manufacturer specifications and workplace procedures

2.4 Adjustments on aligned wheels are made according to vehicle manufacturer specifications

3. Complete work processes

3.1 Wheel alignment tools, equipment and work area are cleaned, maintained and inspected for faults according to workplace procedures
