Noise levels, production flow, interruptions and time variances must be typical of those experienced in the general information and communications technology (ICT) industry, and include access to:
a site and personnel where a strategic business plan may be developed
detailed information relating to current needs and project requirements of business
client expectations brief
business mission, vision statements and objectives.
Assessors must satisfy NVR/AQTF assessor requirements.
