1. Plan and prepare to lay reinforced concrete box culverts

1.1 Access, interpret and apply reinforced concrete box culverts laying documentation and ensure the work activity is compliant

4.4 Finish joints between RCBC units to specification

4.5 Infill space between legs of multiple culverts to specification

4.6 Install spanning slabs where specified for multiple culverts

4.7 Cut off and treat lifting lugs

4.8 Finish inlet and outlet of culvert

4.9 Advise plant operator of compaction and backfill requirements and backfill culvert to required finish level

5. Clean up

5.1 Clear work area and dispose of or recycle materials

5.2 Clean, check, maintain and store tools and equipment

Evidence of the ability to:

interpret scripts when planning and undertaking continuity tasks for productions maintain continuity of performers’ costumes and accessories during productions

produce accurate documentation of costume continuity information

monitor and maintain condition of costumes for continuity during productions

take account of continuity issues when arranging costume repairs or alterations

provide updates about continuity issues to relevant personnel.

Note: If a specific volume or frequency is not stated, then evidence must be provided at least once.

To complete the unit requirements safely and effectively, the individual must:

describe protocols in relation to undertaking costume continuity tasks on film shoots or during live productions

outline roles and responsibilities of production personnel who need to be aware of continuity issues

describe elements of costumes that require particular attention for continuity purposes

explain continuity conventions in relation to how aspects of costumes are viewed by audiences or captured on camera

describe administrative procedures and documentation associated with costume continuity.

Assessment must be conducted in a safe environment where evidence gathered demonstrates consistent performance of typical activities experienced in creative arts industry environments. The assessment environment must include access to:

productions requiring a range of costume changes

basic costume repair kit

costumes and costume accessories.

Assessors of this unit must satisfy the requirements for assessors in applicable vocational educational and training legislation, frameworks and/or standards.
