types, uses and maintenance of personal protective equipmentresource and manpower requirements, biosecurity and animal welfare requirements, industry standards, codes of practice and procedures for artificial insemination of the livestock speciestypes, uses, maintenance, servicing and storage of equipmentrequirements and features of semen collection work areasrequirements, methods and techniques for processing and storage of sementechniques and methods for humane handling and restraint of the livestock speciesrelevant animal welfare practices for the conduct of artificial insemination in the livestock species methods and procedures for cleaning and sterilisation of equipment used for artificial inseminationtypes of diseases transmissible from male to female animals through artificial insemination/semen, and methods of testing, control and preventionprocedures for handling, measurement and usage of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants and sanitisersrelevant work health and safety policiesrelevant environmental requirements, and procedures for disposal and management of wastes and debrisrequirements and procedures for cleaning and maintaining work areasrelevant documentation and records that are required.
