- Monitor and review e-business systems and procedures
- Integrate and monitor e-business innovations into the business to gauge their usefulness and maximise implementation
- Review e-business innovation in consultation with users and document and evaluate recommendations for improvement or further innovation
- Analyse business data and reports to compare outcomes, budgets, timelines and forecasts to actual performance
- Review technology performance and make recommendations for improvements to hardware, software and their use in accordance with e-business strategy and budget
- Use feedback and evaluation results to plan and improve future supply chain management strategies
