Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Identify performance requirements
   • Develop realistic performance indicators within available timeframes and resources
   • Identify and minimise factors inhibiting performance against objectives
   • Identify and assess market conditions based on relevant data and transferable and justifiable assumptions
   • Identify capacity to promote the sustainability of operations and incorporate into enterprise procedures
2. Evaluate enterprise performance
   • Gather and analyse data relating to enterprise production and financial performance to identify historical and current performance

Performance Evidence

The candidate must be assessed on their ability to integrate and apply the performance requirements of this unit in a workplace setting. Performance must be demonstrated consistently over time and in a suitable range of contexts.

The candidate must provide evidence that they can:

review operational structures to determine effectiveness

identify available resources to assess capacity

develop realistic performance indicators
