- Conserve significance
- Use enterprise conservation policies and plans with stakeholder views to plan ongoing conservation actions
- Develop and implement operational activities to implement the conservation strategies and plans in a culturally sensitive manner
- Organise staff to implement conservation actions that minimise deterioration and damage
- Supervise staff during restoration projects
- Obtain resources for conservation and restoration activities
- Make submissions to the enterprise budget process for funds to implement the conservation and restoration activities
- Manage incident
- Develop operational plans to manage incidents consistent with plan of management and risk management analysis
- Assign staff responsibilities to manage types of incidents
- Obtain and maintain equipment and supplies to enable effective response to incidents
- Train staff in the management of the types of incidents for which they have an involvement, including related work health and safety and environmental sustainability policies and procedures
- Make submissions to the enterprise budget process for funds to support the incident management activities
