- Equipment found to be faulty is tagged and stored in the designated storage area and reported to appropriate personnel
- Equipment is operated in accordance with organisation and OHS requirements
- Equipment is fired to the required temperature stated in the standard operating procedure
- Operate oven baking equipment
- Inspect for quality
- Record work flow and production schedules
