Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Identify work requirements
   • Workplaceprocedures for receiving and dispatching materials and components are identified and followed
   • Vehicle components to be received and dispatched are identified from production schedule and confirmed against work sheets
2. Receive, check and dispatch materials
   • Materials, components, tools and equipment are received and inspected against production requirements according to workplace procedures
   • Materials, components, tools and equipment are dispatched to production as required
   • Damaged or incorrectly received materials and components are identified, tagged and reported according to workplace procedures
3. Complete work processes
   • Work areas are cleaned and re-supplied with stock as required
   • Work sheets and workplace documentation are completed according to workplace procedures
