3. Implement recovery
   • Recovery occurs within appropriate timeframes
   • Recovery level is the maximum achievable in the circumstances
4. Document and report on outcome
   • All registers and files are promptly updated
   • Reports provide a comprehensive documentation of the recovery circumstances and outcomes
