Apply takeoff procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements

Compensate for the secondary effects of controls

Identify surface conditions obstructions other crossing traffic on runways and taxiways or other hazards that might hinder a safe takeoff

Method of assessment

Assessment of this unit must be undertaken by a registered training organisation

As a minimum assessment of knowledge must be conducted through appropriate writtenoral tests

in an appropriate range of situations in the workplace
