- Develop and review recruitment and selection budgets, in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Organise recruitment activities and events, and apply forward planning strategies
- Apply appropriate communication strategies in providing information to clients and colleagues
- Assess written material for compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and make required adjustments
- Assess effectiveness of recruitment and selection activities against targets and make required adjustments to plans
- Provide reports on recruitment and selection processes, activities and outcomes to relevant personnel
- Manage quality of international student recruitment and selection services
- Identify and follow relevant codes of practice in recruitment and selection of international students, and in conducting associated marketing activities
- Manage organisational policies and procedures for assessment of overseas qualifications and credentials
- Follow procedures for monitoring validity and authenticity of prospective international student entry requirement documentation
- Regularly review recruitment and selection services provided by work unit and make adjustments to meet client expectations
