Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the candidate must demonstrate evidence of performance of the following on at least two occasions.

using offender intervention, treatment planning and monitoring strategies

compiling written reports of a complex nature

making recommendations and risk assessments based on offender reports

using effective communication skills to enable management of high risk offenders

maintaining continuous collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to ensure management of high risk offenders


Knowledge Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the depth of knowledge demonstrated must be appropriate to the job context of the candidate.
