Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Plan scenic art cloth preparation
   • Confirm production requirements and timelines with relevant production personnel
   • Interpret documentation to determine required quantities and measurements for scenic art cloths
   • Select necessary tools, equipment and materials to meet task requirements
2. Lay out scenic art cloths
   • Measure, cut, stretch and lay out scenic art cloths according to instructions and specifications
   • Check laid out cloths meet production and design specifications for their specific scenic art element
   • Seek feedback on work in progress with production personnel and make adjustments as required
