- Surveillance equipment required for the task is identified and selected.
- Surveillance equipment is checked for serviceability in accordance with standard procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a location
- Designated position is occupied, reference points are established and information is documented.
- Surveillance equipment is deployed in accordance with supervisor’s directions and standard procedures.
- Optimal configuration is confirmed with supervisor.
- Equipment is tested to ensure functionality and is confirmed with the control facility.
- Site is camouflaged.
- Communications are maintained with stakeholders.
- Operational maintenance is conducted as required.
