Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Prepare for and enter safely
   • Identify, and confirm requirement to enter an explosive ordnance storage area/facility.
   • Conduct security and safety inspections and tests.
   • Open and vent facility and safely enter.
2. Maintain safety during operations and exit of facility
   • Identify and calculate net explosive quantity and compatibility and monitor throughout the operation.
   • Conduct housekeeping and report maintenance needs.
   • Update and maintain records.
   • Exit safely and secure facility.
