Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Prepare for inspection
   • Identify, and confirm explosive facility to be inspected.
   • Identify and assemble documentation related to the facility.
   • Liaise with relevant personnel.
   • Review previous inspection and maintenance history documentation.
2. Conduct inspection
   • Confirm adherence to security, safety and licensing requirements applicable to the facility.
   • Confirm adherence to maintenance and housekeeping standards.
3. Carry out post inspection procedures
   • Identify and report non-compliances.
   • Brief relevant personnel on non-compliances.
   • Maintain documentation, records and reports related to the inspection.
