Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Facilitate effective communication
   • Follow standardised communication processes and strategies
   • Implement consultation strategies to ensure stakeholder input into planning and decision making
   • Facilitate the collection of feedback
2. Develop and maintain productive working relationships
   • Identify the value and benefits of networks and other work relationships for the team and the organisation
   • Gain and maintain the trust and confidence of colleagues
   • Adjust interpersonal style and methods to the environment
3. Participate in continuous improvement
   • Promote innovation in line with the vision and objectives of the organisation
   • Participate in development and innovation initiatives
   • Prioritise competing demands to achieve team and organisational objectives
4. Manage Finance Domain project
   • Contribute to the definition of project scope
   • Provide input to a project timetable
   • Monitor the progress and completion of project tasks
   • Identify risks to project completion
   • Complete project deliverables

Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence in this unit must be relevant to and satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria on at least one occasion and include: communicating ideas and information facilitating two-way flow of information identifying and resolving problems monitoring task performance prioritising work requirements supporting project development, implementation and management.

Knowledge Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence in this unit must be relevant to and satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria and include knowledge of: effective communication and stakeholder management techniques key subject matter experts relevant legislation and organisation policies and procedures the organisational structure, roles and responsibilities.
