Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the candidate must demonstrate evidence of performance of the following on at least one occasion.

interpreting equity and diversity legislation

managing equity and diversity principles, policies and practices

applying the guidelines related to unacceptable behaviour

managing cross cultural communications

facilitating group discussion

encouraging the development of the workforce

resolving grievance and complaints
