Performance Evidence

The candidate must show evidence of the ability to complete tasks outlined in elements and performance criteria of this unit, manage tasks and manage contingencies in the context of the job role.

There must be evidence that the candidate has:

implemented system support for at least one office as part of a health service or centre by:

identifying requirements for:

documents

personnel

equipment

developing and implementing administration processes

establishing support strategies for implementing the office support system

monitoring the office system and making modifications as required.
