- Identify and document workplace policies needed to address government requirements
- Discuss policy requirements with the community and associated health agencies to determine impact and contradictions with other primary health care policies and initiatives
- Develop and/or revise policies in consultation with the community
- Seek endorsement from key stakeholders for policy recommendations
- Promote policies through organisation with training and other measures as necessary
- Monitor and review workplace policies

- Identify and document government policies that result in service duplication or gaps in community needs
- Develop strategies for influencing government policies in consultation with the community and health agencies
