- Maintain liaison with person responsible for organisation-wide infection prevention and control
- Provide coaching and support as required to ensure that individuals or teams are able to implement infection prevention and control practices
- Adopt work procedures to reflect appropriate infection prevention and control practice
- Promptly resolve issues raised through consultation or refer to the appropriate personnel
- Implement workplace procedures for dealing with infection prevention and control risks and hazardous events
