outline the difference between Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL

state the intended purpose of XSL

identify ways an extensible markup language can be used over HyperText Markup Language (HTML), and ways to use both with one set of data

outline purposes of meta data within markup language documents

explain why PRISM is important for content publishing

explain the PPML relationship to XML.
