   • Where required, mail class is verified as the same as the job sheet
   • Collated data is correct and in sequence
   • Collated data is correctly matched to addressee
   • Address information is verified as accurate
   • Barcode information confirms correct sequence of addressees to collated information
   • Any discrepancies are reported to supervisor
2. Reconcile output
   • The total number of throughputs is equal to the job specifications
   • The destination delivery unit rate matches the job specification
   • An information matching trail is documented
   • Any discrepancies are reported to supervisor
