   • Identify existing online learning tools
   • Research and evaluate other relevant online learning tools
3. Undertake learning

   • Identify opportunities in the workplace to apply new learning
   • Follow coaching or mentoring advice in work activities
4. Monitor learning effectiveness
   • Determine suitable assessment mode
   • Review outcomes of assessment
   • Undertake peer assessment
   • Assess feedback from peer assessment, individuals and colleagues
   • Identify further learning requirements

Performance Evidence

Evidence of the ability to:

identify current and future skills needs

develop and implement learning plan and assessment

use online learning tools to acquire knowledge and skills to meet client requirements

maintain currency of skills within the workplace.
