1. Prepare to identify and evaluate industry specific technologies
   • Identify technologies specific to an industry sector
   • Acquire industry-specific technologies
   • Identify, classify and use industry specific technologies for the benefit of the organisation
2. Apply industry specific technology to assist in solving organisational problems
   • Conduct testing of industry specific technologies
   • Apply features and functions of industry specific technologies to provide a suitable solution to an identified problem
   • Demonstrate depth of knowledge of enabling technologies to an accepted industry standard
   • Access and use sources of information relating to the industry specific technologies
3. Review and evaluate industry-specific technology performance
   • Review and evaluate industry specific technologies for performance, usability and benefit to the organisation
   • Determine environmental considerations involved with using the technologies
   • Seek feedback from users where appropriate

Performance Evidence

Evidence of the ability to:

identify new and emerging industry specific technologies

apply and evaluate features and functions of identified industry specific technologies to an industry standard.
