Elements and Performance Criteria
- Plan to install renewable energy system
- Prepare for work according to relevant legislation, codes, regulations and standards
- Arrange access to site according to required procedure
- Assess extent of system implementation using feasibility report and organisational guidelines
- Produce report to meet client and organisational requirements
- Liaise with appropriate person to obtain approval for plans with recommendations
- Determine and source renewable energy components according to agreed plan
- Install and test renewable energy system
- Install and configure components according to work health and safety (WHS) and environmental requirements, plan, and manufacturer’s and organisational requirements
- Identify and resolve problems
- Integrate renewable system into network
- Test and enhance system performance to meet organisational requirements
- Complete documentation and clean up worksite
