Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the candidate must demonstrate evidence of performance of the following on at least one occasion.

calculating inflow and outflow rates

interpreting and plotting graphs

operating controls and ancillary equipment

conducting inspections

interpreting plans, drawings, instructions, standard operating procedures, policies and standards

using safety equipment and personal protective equipment

identifying hazards

using equipment and instruments

managing and conducting surveillance of catchment run-off through dams and other water storage assets

identifying and investigating operational problems

collecting and analysing technical information

preparing required reports
