- Monitor individual team behaviours and activities to ensure compliance with jurisdictional policies and procedures.
- Protect welfare of individuals

- Eliminate immediate exposure to workplace hazards to prevent further harm.
- Make referrals to internal and external services to support welfare of individuals affected by hazards.
