Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the candidate must demonstrate evidence of performance of the following on at least one occasion.

identifying and managing personal conflicts of interest in a manner which does not risk damage to the jurisdiction’s reputation

complying with professional standards and integrity frameworks

using performance management processes outlined by jurisdictional policies and procedures

prioritising and managing time effectively

demonstrating personal drive, motivation and displaying self-discipline


Knowledge Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the depth of knowledge demonstrated must be appropriate to the job context of the candidate.
