Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Access and use resources
   • Identify and access resources required to achieve work outcomes.
   • Use resources efficiently and effectively.
2. Administer physical resources
   • Obtain and maintain supplies and materials required to support the operation of the workgroup.
   • Maintain records of resource usage as required by the organisation or work unit.
   • Process orders promptly.
   • Store supplies and materials appropriately to protect against theft and fraudulent activity.

Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the candidate must demonstrate evidence of performance of the following on at least one occasion.

completing and processing orders

securing information and resources

Knowledge Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence must satisfy all of the requirements of the elements and performance criteria. If not otherwise specified the depth of knowledge demonstrated must be appropriate to the job context of the candidate.
