prepare at least two training needs analyses for one or more organisations

planning for the training needs analysis

presentations that outline advice and recommendations

Context of and specific resources for assessment

Evidence must be gathered in the workplace wherever possible Where no workplace is available a simulated workplace must be provided

Range Statement
