Planning and administering the routine stability, cargo operations, maintenance and dry dock or slipping procedures for a vessel is required, together with a range of emergency situations which could occur

Responsibility for the management of a range of operational and maintenance procedures on board a vessel

2. WORKSITE ENVIRONMENT

a

Vessel may include:

a vessel of less than 500Ā gross tonnage operating in international waters

a vessel of less than 3,000Ā GT operating in near coastal waters

Operational management of a vessel may be carried out:
