- Deal with maintenance and construction problems
- Causes and effects of system faults and failures within the worksite are diagnosed
- Impact of work on track system integrity is assessed
- Appropriate action is taken to ensure track system integrity
- Scope of work is modified to include related tasks and/or interfaces
- Related faults and/or failures beyond the authorised scope of work are reported
- Complete documentation
- Required documentation procedures and processes are confirmed
- Documentation is filled in legibly and proofread
- Documentation is processed in accordance with workplace requirements
