17 units of competency are required for this qualification comprising:
6 core units listed below, plus
11 elective units.
Choose a minimum of 10 elective units from the list below, of which 4 must be taken from Group A, 4 must be taken from Group B and 2 must be taken from Group C.
Choose the remaining 1 elective unit from the elective unit lists below or from elsewhere within this training package, or from another endorsed training package, or from an accredited course.
All elective units chosen from outside this qualification must support the learning outcomes of this AQF qualification level.
Elective units chosen must not duplicate content already covered by other units in this qualification.
Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisite units specified are complied with.

Fill LPG gas cylinders
Use specialised liquid bulk transfer equipment (gravity/pressurised)
Group B: Specialisation elective units (Work Health and Safety)
Respond to fire
Identify confined space
Enter confined space
Test confined space environment
Provide first aid
Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
Apply safe procedures when handling/transporting dangerous goods or explosives
Group C: Specialisation elective units (Transport)
Load and unload goods/cargo
Operate a forklift
Prepare for transport of dangerous goods
Shift loads using gantry equipment
