Subjects
To be awarded the FWP40316 Certificate IV in Timber Truss and Frame Manufacture, competency must be achieved in seventeen (17) units of competency.
three (3) core units of competency
fourteen (14) units of competency from the elective group, the total of which can include up to 3 units recommended for packaging at Certificate III, IV or Diploma level from this or any other endorsed Training Package or state/territory accredited course.
Elective units must be relevant to work undertaken in the timber truss and frame sector of the industry, including sawmilling and processing, wood panel products, timber manufactured products and timber merchandising.
