This competency from the LGA04 Local Government Training Package meets the induction requirements for new entrants to local government positions.

This skill set is designed to provide ‘top up’ induction training for new entrants to the industry. The intent is to meet the need of councils and new employees for structured and meaningful induction while also fostering and advancing completion of a full national qualification.
