These competencies from the AVI08 Aviation Training Package meet the needs of Rappelling and Winching Pilots. The competencies are drawn from nationally endorsed Training Packages, and provide the skills and knowledge required by persons working as a Rappelling and Winching Pilot in the aviation operational environment. Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements are applicable to this unit.
