  • Repair plan is prepared and confirmed with appropriate personnel

  • Fault or defects are assessed and cause identified

  • Repair activities are carried out according to workplace procedures
  • Appropriate tools are used to repair fault or defects
  • Faulty or defective areas are repaired to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and workplace quality standards
  • Repaired components are inspected for compliance against OEM specifications and returned to the production sequence
