Learning Outcomes and Application This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to ensure the organisation’s constitution is relevant and legal, that it is understood, and meeting changing needs.It applies to individuals responsible for monitoring, guiding and undertaking decision-making activities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
