Employability Skills
Learning Outcomes and Application This unit describes the skills and knowledge to design, provide and promote systems that identify and development both potential and existing leaders to build capacity within the community. Leaders may or may not have a formalised leadership role within the community. This unit applies to workers in both health and community sectors and/ or a community development work context. Workers at this level will be part of a professional team and have the responsibility of supervision of others.The skills in this unit must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian/New Zealand standards and industry codes of practice.
Duration and Setting X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting.
