Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to compile production schedules during the pre-production planning phase in the screen, media and entertainment industry sectors.It applies to individuals who work collaboratively in a production team as senior production personnel. Depending on the size of the production, this person may also be responsible for developing the resource schedule on which the production schedule is based.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Assessment must be conducted in a safe environment where evidence gathered demonstrates consistent performance of typical activities experienced in creative arts industry environments. The assessment environment must include access to: resource schedule production budget interaction with others to support a collaborative approach to schedule development scheduling tools and equipment, including scheduling software. Assessors of this unit must satisfy the requirements for assessors in applicable vocational educational and training legislation, frameworks and/or standards. |
