Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to maintain small arms ammunition to depot level maintenance requirements as specified by the Australian Defence Force.It includes preparing for and maintaining small arms ammunition, and completing maintenance activity. It also includes identifying and selecting tools and equipment, and applying organisational safety requirements and appropriate legislative and regulatory requirements.The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out. Organisational policies and procedures must be consulted and adhered to.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | |||
