For that project, develop a comprehensive project plan.

A person competent in this unit must be able to demonstrate knowledge of:

Innovation requirements, including:

objectives

design deliverables

Methods used to trial innovations, including any of the following:

focus group

pilot project

feasibility assessment

Key components of project management, including:

planning

risk management strategies

implementation and monitoring

review of outcomes.
