Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills required to send and receive email correspondence (e-correspondence). It also covers setting up and maintaining electronic software; maintaining and managing individual electronic mail (email) mailing lists and address books; implementing email policy; and adhering to organisational protocols and practices for email. This unit applies to those working as public sector staff.The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out. Organisational policies and procedures must be consulted and adhered to.Those undertaking this unit would work under supervision, while performing routine tasks in familiar context.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to unit at the time of publication. | ||
