Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit requires the team member to demonstrate concise knowledge and application of store policy and food safety procedures, including legislative requirements, in all aspects of handling, preparing, displaying, ticketing and storing meat products in a retail environment. Frontline staff and supervisors are responsible for this role. | ||
