Learning Outcomes and Application This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to access organisational information and conduct research to understand the fundamentals of retail financials and operations. This unit applies to individuals working in a diverse range of retail sectors and business contexts. No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
