Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to plan and conduct work in open spaces while upholding sustainable practices. This unit requires the ability to conduct research of the current land condition, capability, uses and practices, and develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable practices for outdoor programs and activities.This unit applies to operation or program managers who are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating sport, recreation or fitness programs and activities across a range of activity areas. They work autonomously with responsibility for management of resources and upholding of sustainable work practices. No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
