Description This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to develop and implement a recognition strategy in the context of organisational development. It requires the ability to prepare information and advice on recognition, to identify evidence gathering opportunities and to evaluate a recognition-based assessment process. It also focuses on continuously improving recognition processes within an organisation.

prepare a report detailing proposed changes to improve both the processes and outcomes.

Evidence must be gathered in the workplace wherever possible. Where no workplace is available, a simulated workplace must be provided.
