Description | UNIT DESCRIPTOR:This unit involves the skills and knowledge required within the limits of responsibility of a Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 to recognise deteriorated fittings and machinery on a small commercial vessel, including corroded and defective fittings and machinery components, faulty and corroded pipework, and worn down tail shafts and initiate appropriate corrective action. | ||
